Hot / Cold Lamination

A machine called a wide format hot and cold laminator is used to laminate large-scale prints, signage, and graphics. Heat activates hot laminating films, which then form a solid, long-lasting bond with the material being laminated. Cold lamination films are often used for delicate or sensitive materials that can be harmed by heat and are applied with pressure.
